The prizes are all voted upon by some very important people - travel agents who cast their votes in a number of different categories, in favour of their preferred partners each year. The fact that this award is technically a “peer review” award given by professionals in the industry, makes it all the more special to Sun Resorts, who was up against some stiff competition.

The group, spearheaded by CEO David Anderson, is intent on improving the customer experience

In an effort to promote Sun’s brand internationally, Sun Resorts’ CEO David Anderson has set his sights on creating unique ways to better meet his customers' expectations and needs. With a huge interest in constantly reaching for greater heights, the Sun Resorts group has invested huge sums of money into their hotels, with Kanuhura in the Maldives and La Pirogue in Mauritius having had huge renovations in the last few years, and with renovations set to take place at Sugar Beach this year.

Not only do they constantly improve their actual hotels, but the hotel offerings, with their “Timeless Memories” concept giving guests the opportunity to indulge in unique experiences and moments in some truly magnificent places.

David Anderson put it perfectly, "This excellent distinction strengthens Sun Resorts’ position not only in the French market but also in Europe. This is fantastic recognition for all the teams who work tirelessly to offer our guests a unique hotel experience and unparalleled service that is, at the end of the day, the essence of Sun Resorts hotels."

Sun Resorts is honoured to have been awarded this incredible title and is immensely proud of their team. With their objective to constantly improve and innovate, it will be exceptionally exciting to see what the future holds. Needless to stay, any of the Sun Resorts hotels are an excellent choice for your holiday in paradise.
